With down and feather products increased in demand, their productivity will inevitably have higher requirements. Accurately control and fast filling the amount of down are the key to improve production efficiently. The traditional hand weighing and filling down has the disadvantages of large measurement error, low efficiency and environmental pollution, the automatic filling machine can effectively improve these shortcomings, also conforms to the development trend of modern society. Based on the requirements of the development of intelligence and automation, design with PLC for the control core of automatic filling machine control system can not only meet the requirements of the accurate control and rapid filling of the amount of down and other functions, but also can effectively improve the operator working environment and production efficiency. This paper focuses on the PLC control system of automatic filling machine to carry on the design and research.First according to the requirement of the function of automatic filling machine, this article design and build the PLC hardware system, and choose the FATEK PLC as the control core of the system, completed the program design and write work on the computer FATEK union series interface. After achieved the basic function such as storage, transport and weigh of down, this article put the accurate control of down weighing system, stepper motor rotation control of sectional mechanism, aerodynamic design and control system to conduct an in-depth study.In order to achieve accurate weighing, according to down weighting errors and delivery rate of input, this article designed the fuzzy controller and set up fuzzy control table. Feather accurate weighing is guaranteed by checking the table selection using big atmospheric flow path or small atmospheric flow path output down; To achieve stepper motor control of sectional mechanism and prevent stepper motor open loop control appear loss steps and super steps problems occurred the phenomenon of the filling errors caused by the down in the box can not be fully drawn out, the fuzzy PID algorithm is designed and the fuzzy control rules is established. At last, the PID parameters are determined by established the MATLAB system control model, the PLC program is compiled, and the fuzzy PID control of the stepping motor is realized. In view of the gas path control of the system, the compressed air is chosen as the air source, and the structure of the air passage, such as conveying, weighing, filling and so on, is designed to achieve the PLC control of the air valve and the cylinder.At last, this article designed and achieved the automatic filling machine test platform. According to weighing experiments, the precision can be up to 0.01 g. The control experiment of rapid filling of down is finished. When compared with the mainstream products in the market, the automatic filling machine test platform using one weighing and serial filling pile not only can ensure the overall weighing precision and the same work efficiency, also reduce the setting of weighing tube and weighing time.
