With the fast development of our society,people begin to pay more attention to their life quality.There is a higher requirement for the seat which is a must in our daily life.The seating comfort become the focus and reasonable curve design of the back become more and more important.Through the research of the domestic and foreign current situation,aim at the research gap of the seat back technology,this paper designs an e adjustable curve of back system based on ergonomics to increase the seating comfort.Firstly,analyze people`s physiological status under sitting posture and design the basic function of the back system: the vertical and horizontal adjustment of the back curve to make the back curve fit the physiological status under sitting posture so that the user can gain more comfort.Obtain the optimal measures of the back mechanism according to the ergonomics and then model and simulate in solidworks.To detect the change of the back curve,transform the curve adjusting signal to the pressure changing signal.The system uses the PVDF sensor to detect the back pressure and contrast it to the pressure in the ergonomic,then combine the user`s feeling to gain the seating comfort to the largest extent.This adjustable curve back system use the stepper motor as the drive part to realize the accurate output of the mechanical adjusting mechanism.In order to improve the performance of the back system,the system combine the PID control method and fuzzy control method and design a fuzzy PID controller.To verify the control effect,the controller are analyzed and simulated by the MATLAB/Simulink function.
