Food safety has always been the focus of government.With the implementation of the new "food safety law of the people's Republic of China" in October 2015 and other relevant laws and regulations promulgated and implemented.The in-depth of government guidance,the standardization of enterprise production and the improvement of people's consciousness,the food safety risk index of our country is constantly decreasing.But at present the food safety risk is still the focus of attention,how to effectively prevent food safety risks is still a very important topic.Big data is a common and effective method for large data sets at present.With the development of food safety risk assessment until now,while the data volume is huge and the processing speed is slow,so large data integration is the trend of future development.Based on the identification of risk factors in the food supply chain and analysis,construction and evaluation of risk model,using big data for food safety risk assessment from the data source bears the brunt.How to deal with food safety data effectively using large data,how to use large data for food safety risk assessment accurately,is one problem of the fusion of big data and food safety integration.This paper first analyzes the construction of the existing data processing platform,combined with the characteristics of food safety data,the use of Spark,Haddop as the core to build a big data platform for the software and hardware environment,for the study of food safety risk analysis provides a big data processing platform.Second,according to the characteristics of food supply chain,combined with large data processing data,using HACCP to determine the food supply chain,to further determine the key control points,and improve the food safety risk assessment index system,and determine the weight of the risk assessment system,the food safety risk analysis and evaluation of the theory and method of preparation.Then,the paper analyzes and designs the food safety risk in the big data processing platform,and puts forward the improved ISODATA algorithm combined with BP neural network evaluation method,which is suitable for large data platform.Finally,the design and development of the big data food safety risk assessment software,the experiment proves the use of big data analysis to deal with food safety data,in the processing speed,processing accuracy has been greatly improved.
