Research And Implementation Of The Food Safety Integrated Service System

The frequent occurrence of food safety incidents not only makes people worry about the safety and quality of the food,but also put the regulatory departments of government in a dilemma of food supervision.However,currently the foodsafety information system in out country cannot satisfy the need of people for quick query information and the need of supervisor for targeted regulation and rational allocation of regulatory resources because of the disadvantage of single source of data,inconvenient to use,and low data utilization.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a comprehensive food safety integrated service system to solve the above problems.The following aspects was studied in this paper:(1)A method for collecting heterogeneous data of food safety from different sources was proposed.First,a solution were given to the anti-reptiles problem while collecting data.A method were designed to download and parse the data of unstructured files.And a strategy of collecting data were proposed to ensure the crawling efficiency.Then the collected data was processed in order to meet the need of system.Finally,the reliability of data collecting method was verified through an experiment.(2)A method for food safety risk assessment was designed.According to the national laws and regulations,the food safety risk assessment index system was analyzed and designed based on various hazards in food.The risk index was established through combining the two indicators of food sampling failure rate and non-conformity,and the quantitative description of the food safety risk was realized.(3)A method for foodsafety pre-warnign was studied.The associated information among heterogeneous data of food safety from different sources was mined by using FPGrowth association rule mining algorithm,so that it could help the authorities to supervise targetedly,allocate regulatory resources rationally and reduce the working intensity.(4)A food safety integrated service system was implemented.The system includes the WeChat mini program and the backstage management system,which realized the functions of display news,searching food information,data statistics,food safety prewarnign and data management.It could not only help users to acquire news messages and food safety information quickly,but also helps the food supervisors analysis historical data through different perspectives and release pre-warnings for high-risk foods.The food safety integrated service system studied in this paper realized the integration and statistical analysis of multi-source heterogeneous data.It not only provides users with convenient access to food information anytime and anywhere,but also provides food regulatory decision support for government departments.The mini program has been successfully released on WeChat official accounts platform currently,and has a certain practicality.
