The put forward of Open CNC system is to adapt to the machine tool manufacturing industry in technology,market and organization of production and other aspects of the new changes,its purpose is to make the CNC system variable,has good adaptability and two times the development of.The NC transformation of CAK6136 lathe was carried out Through the TwinCAT open CNC system,this paper analyzes the main parts of the CAK6136 lathe,such as the spindle control,the servo shaft control,and the tool position control,determine the number of categories required for TwinCAT modules,through the TwinCAT PLC related to the axis of the functional blocks and libraries to achieve the CAK6136 lathe servo function and related auxiliary functions,and completed the open CNC transformation of CAK6136 lathe.Constant load cutting is a very important research project,and adaptive cutting is a kind of adaptive load cutting.The indirect measurement method of cutting force based on spindle current is studied,discusses the feasibility of using the current effective value as the representation of the cutting state through experiment,in order to avoid the influence of various random factors on the current effective value,a scheme is proposed to measure the no-load current in real time,and the difference between the effective value of the cutting current and the effective value of the no-load current is used to characterize the cutting state.Finally,the BP neural network is used to realize the on-line detection of the cutting state and the calculation of feed in the constant load machining.Chatter in the turning process is the main cause of cutting instability,through experiments we find that the probability density distribution of bimodality is more obvious when cutting chatter occurs.We can Identification it is whether turning chatter when cutting by kernel probability density function estimation method,and by adjusting the feed to prevent the occurrence of flutter.The results of the experiment show that the variable feed cutting can improve the quality of the machined surface and increase the cutting efficiency on the CAK6136 lathe.
