Coking waste water is produced in the process of hot working of coal,in coal washing,coke quenching,by-product processing and refining process,at the same time in gas purification and chemical products in the recycling process of some wastewater,chemical waste water containing pollutants can be divided into two categories of inorganic and organic matter,inorganic substances generally exist in the form of ammonia salt,mainly including(NH4)2CO3,(NH4)2SO4,NH4HCO3,NH4CN,NH4HS,NH4Cl,NH4SCN,(NH4)2S203 and so on;Organic matter is mainly composed of phenol,pyridine,aniline,Lynn wow,benzene and other components,complex components.Traditional biological treatment of coking wastewater in the removal of the color is not ideal,the color is generally more than 500,can not discharge the standards,the water environment has brought serious pollution.In this paper,the problem of coking wastewater with high chroma and difficult to handle is studied,and the wastewater is treated by resin adsorption method.Because of the high content of suspended matter in the coking wastewater,it will affect the determination of resin adsorption and water sample color,so before the resin adsorption decolorization experiment,choose to carry out coagulation pretreatment.The experimental results show that the coagulation effect of polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC)is better than aluminum sulfate,the best dosage of PAC is 300mg/L,and the turbidity removal rate is 78.3%,which can reach the requirement of resin adsorption treatment.The results of static experiments show that the removal rate of two kinds of resin can reach 85%or more,the resin regeneration rate is 94%?97%,which has a better treatment effect.The chroma removal rate was 96%,and the regeneration rate was 98%,and the regeneration rate was two,which could reach the purpose of the resin adsorption decolorization and the long-term reuse of the resin in accordance with 1:1.The best adsorption condition of the composite resin is as follows:resin dosage 0.05g/ml,adsorption time 16h,experiment temperature 25?.According to the dynamic experimental results,the adsorption of the resin on the color substance in wastewater is in accordance with the Langmuir equation,R2=0.9996,which shows that the adsorption of resin on the color is mainly based on the single molecule layer adsorption.The best combination of resin adsorption method for 4 column series adsorption,the overall treatment efficiency was 92.65%.The experimental results show that the greatest impact on the chroma of resin adsorption,the flow rate,pH value of water has little effect on the adsorption velocity;combined with single factor experiment,the optimal conditions are obtained for the dynamic adsorption of chroma:according to the actual situation,the flow rate of 3BV/h water pH=7.8.The conditions of resin regeneration and regeneration experiment was optimized and the optimum conditions for the regeneration of resin:2%alkali concentration,the regeneration temperature of 55?.The four series adsorption,the best regeneration mode fourth for resin regeneration for the regeneration of the whole column alone after 4 times,the way can maximize the use of recycled resin adsorption capacity,to achieve the best effect.Experiment and resin adsorption decolorization,the co processing of water 58.9t,color removal rate reached 96.1%,the effluent color index emission standards,the experimental results obtained by resin adsorption process cost is 2.34 yuan/t,greatly reduces the processing cost of coking wastewater.In summary,the chroma removal from coking wastewater by resin adsorption process has the advantages of simple process,convenient operation,compared with other chemical treatment methods,this method reduces the amount of chemical substances in waste water,there is no two pollution problems,can more effectively achieve the purpose of wastewater treatment.At the same time,the processing method of the resin can be reused,one-time consumption in the process of using this approach is few,can significantly reduce the coking wastewater treatment cost,provides technical references for coking wastewater treatment industry.
