Due to this year from around the world to the waste water treatment put forward more strict control standards,the antimony metal waste water treatment technology put forward higher request,in order to make the treated effluent antimony content reaches the surface water environment quality standard "(GB3838-2002)? class water standard,we need to develop new adsorption materials with high selectivity and high regeneration degree,and ion exchange resin combined with nano enhancing adsorption technique is a new research hot spot.This article uses the adsorption resin hydrated ferric oxide material depth Sb(?)in water,the experimental results show that:(1)Experiments used cation exchange resin D001 N001 and anion exchange resin D201,N201 and D001-Fe(?),N001-Fe(?),D201-Fe(?),N201-Fe(?)adsorption processing waste water containing Sb(?),with the sodium chloride interference is only loaded iron alkaline resin D201-Fe(?)and N201-Fe(?)removal rate over 95%,shows that modified preparation with dentate D201-Fe(?)and N201-Fe(?)resin has special adsorption performance,this experiment uses D201-Fe(?)and N201-Fe(?)carried out on the water absorption test.(2)Static experiments show that D201-Fe(?)and N201-Fe(?)adsorption capacity of Sb(?)are respectively 610 ug/g and 600 ug/g.Study the effects of concentration,resin adsorption time,temperature,pH,and adsorption time on the adsorption performances,the results show that D201-Fe(?)and N201-Fe(?)on Sb(?)have good adsorption effect,removal rate of 95% or more.Competitive adsorption experiments with SO42-,Cl-ion coexistence competition conditions shows that,they still have efficient selective adsorption ability on Sb(?).D201-Fe(?)and N201-Fe(?)resin adsorption process for Sb(?)conform to the Freundlich adsorption model and quasi secondary adsorption kinetics model.(3)Dynamic experiments have shown that N201-Fe(?)flow volume is 190 bv,adsorption capacity is 94.05 mg/L.D201-Fe(?)flow volume is 184 bv,adsorption capacity is 91.08 mg/L.Main factors that affect the adsorption capacity have the pH value,flow velocity,concentration of raw water,other ion disruption,etc.D201-Fe(?)and N201-Fe(?)optimal pH ranges are 7-8.Under the low flow speed,penetrationtime is long,adsorption capacity is large.The higher the concentration of raw water,through the earlier,the lower the adsorption capacity.In competition of ion SO42-,Clconcentration of 750 mg/L,far greater than the concentration of Sb(?),D201-Fe(?)and N201-Fe(?)on Sb(?)still have very good selective adsorption effect.(4)The regeneration experiment showed that the tendency for 5 mmol/L EDTA to N201-Fe(?)resin regeneration,regeneration degree reached 85%,satisfies the requirement of industrial application.Using FeCl3 + 6% NaCl and 6% NaOH + 3.5%and 6% NaCl as the regenerant can regenerate N201-Fe(?)resin effectively,regeneration degree above 90%.EDTA complexing agent by complexation reaction,complete the elution of Sb regeneration,And using the two regeneration N201-Fe(?),can increase the function on the resin and acid and alkali salt elution Sb(?)to complete the regeneration.
