The Anlysis And Design Of Scraped Cars’ Dismantling And Its Management Platform

Recently,the global car ownership has increased year by year.Chinese auto production and sales also increased rapidly,followed by a growing number of cars into the discarding period.The improper disposal of scrapped cars could cause serious environmental pollution.Domestic and foreign governments,experts,enterprises and so on do a lot of specific work for the dismantling and recycling of waste cars.China has large population,per capita resources are relatively scarce,and energy and resource utilization rate has been less than ideal.Thus,if we could use the advanced and environmental science and technology and recycle and reuse scrap cars,the enterprises’ high profit and social environment’s sustainable development will come true.From a global perspective,the United States,Japan and Germany has been in a leading position on dismantling and recycling of waste cars industry,many countries are eager to learn and imitate.This paper is based on reading lots of domestic and foreign materials about dismantling of waste small car,learns from the advanced experience on foreign dismantling and recycling of auto parts,and introduces.domestic and provincial good examples of dismantling of waste cars.And this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the dismantling of scrap auto parts in China and summarizes the current problems of scrap cars’ dismantling industry in China.This paper contacting green environmental protection theories,such as the green degree,circular economy,sustainable development and green design,according to the automobiles’ overall structure and main components of vehicle automotive materials,based on the traditional way to dismantling of waste cars,applying the more effective green process for dismantling of auto parts.The application could reduce the pollution and damage to the environment in the process of dismantling of waste cars,enhance the safety of the dismantling personnel and improve the utilization of waste parts.Taking the Xiali N3 model TJ7131 car produced by Tianjin FAW as an example,the disassemble test was conducted.In the dismantling process,the details of the dismantling time and dismantling process data were recored in detail.After the dismantling process,every station’ s dismantling tasks were divided and used cars’ disassembling pipeline was established.According to the dismantling test data and applying the Plant-simulation simulation software to simulate and run,the situation of disassembling pipeline was got.Through the calculation and the design and optimization of used cars’ disassembling pipeline,the balance of production came true.According to the dismantling test and dismantling enterprises’ need for data and related information and the use of MyEclipse10 a software development platform that is a popular development software and SQL Server 2005 a large database software that is good at processing data,a management platform of dismantling waste small car is designed.According to the designed purpose,the platform is divided into three user modules and each module has a sub module,which could achieve six different module functions.The platform set different permissions for different users and different users can achieve manage and query of information on storage,personnel,sales,after sale and announcement of dismantling of waste small car through the platform,which realizes the convenient,fast and safe information management and the application.As a result,it can be used to improve the efficiency of enterprises and its managements of dismantling of waste small car and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.On the basis of the above work,according to the design objective of the platform,the function of each module of the platform is debugged and run.Thus the feasibility and stability of the platform is verified.
