The homopolymer of acrylamide together with its copolymers and derivatives which contains over 50%of acrylamide,is collectively known as polyacrylamide.In recent years,the polyacrylamide industry is developing rapidly.It has become a fine chemical product with broad using in many fields such as oil production,water treatment,biomedical and textile.It has a huge market application value.The performance of acrylamide homopolymer is limited because of its single structure.The copolymers based on acrylamide are prepared by the copolymerization of various active monomers with acrylamide.Various functional groups were incorporated into acrylic main chains via copolymerization,which improve performance and enrich application.Compared with the alkane modified polyacrylamide and fluorocarbon chain modified polyacrylamide,organic silicone modified polyacrylamide is less studied,especially in heavy oil viscosity,sewage and water treatment.Synthesis of organic silicone modified polyacrylamide copolymer has the very vital significance due to the characteristics of organic silicone such as high surface activity,spread-ability,high bond energy,high temperature resistance and stability to hydrolysis resistance.Firstly,we synthesized 3-methacryloxypropyletris?trimethylsiloxy?silane?MTS?.The cationic polymer PADM was synthesized by using radical polymerization at 65 ?with acrylamide?AM?,MTS and Diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride?DMDAAC?as monomer,potassium persulfate?KPS?as initiator and DMF as solvent.The anionic polymer PAMST was synthesized under the same conditions using AMPS,MTS and AM as monomers.The structure,compositions and molecular weight of the copolymers were characterized by IR,1H-NMR,elemental analysis and static light scattering.The solution properties of the copolymer were evaluated from the aspects of interfacial tension,surface tension,fluorescence and contact angle.The effects of monomer ratio on the viscosity reduction of heavy oil were investigated,and the optimum feed ratio was determined.High temperature resistance,salt tolerance and viscosity reduction effect of polymer PADM and polymer PAMST were also evaluated.The viscosity of the crude oil was 1350mPa ·s.When the content of PADM is 1.4g ·L-1,the viscosity of the oil-water emulsion can be reduced to 88.0 mPa ·s,and when the amount of PAMST is 0.8 g ·L-1,the viscosity can be reduced to 90.4 mPa ·s.Both viscosity reducing agents show good temperature resistance and salt tolerance.In the absence of the addition of demulsifier,oil-water emulsion can promote demulsification and dehydration.[3-?methacryloylamino?propyl]-N,N-dimethyl-N-?trimethylsilyl?methyl chloride?DTS?was synthesized by quaternization reaction.A kind of organosilicon modified polyacrylamide flocculant PAD was synthesized by copolymerization of acrylamide with DTS using potassium persulfate as initiator.The influence of the concentration of the initiator,the amount of the initiator,the ratio of the monomer and the ratio of the monomer on the polymerization products were studied.The technological conditions were optimized.The PAD was used to treat the oil-bearing waste water in the K-platform of Bohai Oilfield.When the dosage was 0.6 g · L-1,the light transmittance of the effluent was 84.6%.
