Chirality is a widespread phenomenon of nature.A growing number of researchers devoted to finding a kind of sensor which can achieve an efficient chiral molecule recognition.In a variety of detection methods,chiral fluorescent sensor has some advantages,including simple operation,without destroying samples,high sensitivity and short response time,which become one of the highlights of scientific research in the chemical sensing in the recent period of time.Circularly polarized light?CPL?is a unique optical phenomenon of some chiral materials,and originated from the selectivity emission of left-handed and right-handed circularly polarized light about the chiral chromophore system,which have important applications in the aspect of the characterization of chiral molecules' excited state information,etc.CPL has potential application prospect in the aspect of information storage,quantum communication,bio-probe and chiral sense,therefore,the CPL materials research attract more and more attention.The research work of this thesis is divided into two parts,one is the chiral BINAM-based polymer's synthesis,ion recognition and chiral recognition research;another one is 1,2-DACH-based zinc-complexes polymer's synthesis and CPL research.Chapt 2:the monomer M-1,obtained from?S?-5-ethinyl-2-hydroxy benzaldehyde and 2,2'-BINAM and monomer M-2,2,5-two iodine-1,4-dioctyl alkoxy benzene via Sonogashira coupling reaction synthesized the BINAM-based chiral polymer P1,and the chiral polymer P2 was formed via the reduction of NaHB4 of P1.Interestingly,the chiral polymer P1 not only can selectively recognize Cr3+,Fe3+and Al3+ from ions Cu2+,Ni2+,K+,Li+,Co2+,Ba2+,Al3+,Fe3+,Cr3+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Mn2+,Na+ and H+,but also can selectively recognize alaninol from enantiomers phenylalaninol phenylglycinol,valinol and phenylethylamine,the phenomenon of ion recognition and chiral recognition of P1 appearing at the same time is very rare,but P2 can't selectively recognize any ions or chiral molecules,most importantly,the polymer P1 has obvious fluorescence enhancement response to?D?-alaninol,and enantiomers fluorescent difference rate?ef?value can reach as high as 14.46.Chapt 3:?R,R?-hexamethylene diamine as chiral source,1,2-DACH-based zinc-complexes chiral polymer R/S-P-1,R/S-P-2 and model compound were synthesized.By the study,we found that 1,2-DACH-based zinc complexes polymers R/S-P-1,R/S-P-2 and model compound showed obvious mirror Cotton effects.What's more,the R/S-P-1 and model compound can emit CPL,but the polymer R/S-P-2 had no obvious CPL,which can be attributed to the structure's change of polemers leading to the energy's change.
