With the advancement of national energy conservation and emissions reduction,ultra low emission of coal-fired power generator in the implementation process,gradually formed NOx,dust removing and desulfurizing integrated ultra low emission technology,the flue gas pollutant emissions of coal-fired units to achieve the desired objective.But specific to each unit,coal-fired calorific value,formation of combustion pollutants containing values and parameters of coal-fired boiler units and denitration of dust removal and desulfurization capacity vary,resulting in each unit to achieve "ultra-low emission" technology and economic benefits,environmental benefits,such as there are differences between them.In this paper,we first review the relevant literature,the research status and process route,the latest research on ultra low emission of thermal power plants.Based on the Fulaerji thermal power plant expansion project,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the original design of the project,the SCR denitrification project,the five compartment bag filter equipment,the limestone gypsum wet desulfurization process system.Find out the gap between the original design index and the ultra low emission standards.Considering the content of construction has been carried out,in order to meet the emission requirements,try to use the facilities have been built,with as little as possible demolition,saving investment principle,to develop a set of ultra low emission standards,with the best economic scheme of the.This paper describes the process NOx,soot and SO2 emissions reduction transformation in the project of ultra low emission in SCR denitrification system:1,two ways to increase the catalyst layer to carry out economic comparison and selection;2,room five,room seven,transformation of bag filter bag dust collector to dust emissions to achieve ultra low emission index and desulfurization increased after wet electrostatic precipitator two schemes are preferred in the design construction and economic comparison on the dust is ultra low emission transformation;3,desulfurization system by adding a layer of spray layer to achieve ultra low emission coal review purpose.4,the induced draft fan system,the corresponding technical parameters of the transformation of the review of the work.The study found that Plan One that SCR catalyst module increase height,room five to room seven bag filter,desulfurization by adding a layer of spray,and Plan Two that SCR catalyst by adding a layer of catalyst,room five,dust collector unchanged in desulfurization increased after wet electrostatic precipitator and desulfurization by adding a layer of spray can to achieve the transformation of ultra low emission.Comprehensive construction and economic factors on the project schedule,construction requirements and supporting facilities,the study of the two schemes of investment cost and technical feasibility,finally selected a program for the optimization scheme of the project of ultra low emission.At present,the project has been implemented in this ultra low emission transformation program,in the construction process to achieve the ultra low emission standards,the construction of the optimal economic.According to the process of the transformation,in the process of production in the future the project will achieve the emission index of NOx,soot and SO2 emissions is less than or equal to 50mg/Nm3 and 5mg/Nm3,35mg/Nm3.The study based on the this project ultra low emission reconstruction scheme,will provide references for the similar reconstruction in the northeast China.The implementation of ultra low emission reduction in the project,in line with the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction.Make a contribution to the sustainable development of the economic construction of Qigihar city and Heilongjiang Province,Qigihar city to improve the quality of life of residents will also play a positive role in promoting,and its environmental benefits,social benefits and economic benefits are very significant.Follow up,we will according to the running parameters,further verify its actual operation effect.
