Because of its special and large ring-conjugated structure,the larger rigid plane,the?or meso position,which is easy to be modified,and so on,porphyrin is widely concerned by people.The proton on the nitrogen atom in the center of the porphyrin is easily replaced by the metal.Porphyrin and metalloporphyrin have excellent optical and electrochemical properties,which have been widely used in the fields of optical materials,photoelectric conversion,molecular recognition and analytical chemistry.Imidazole compounds have good thermal stability,film forming a nd high fluorescence quantum yield.Their fluorescence emission peak lo cates in the blue region and has a good overlap with UV absorption p eak of tetraphenyl porphyrin.Meso position of the porphyrin is easy to be modified and if it is replaced by benzimidazole,the energy of the benzimidazole can transfer to the porphyrin by a certain wavelength of excitation light.So it can improve luminescence properties of the porph yrin and benzimidazolylporphyrin is confirmed to be a very good red materials.The nitrogen atom in the center of the porphyrin is easy to be complex with the transition metal ion,which forms the metalloporp hyrin,and the porphyrin and metalloporphyrin were characterized by N MR and spectroscopy and electrochemical properties.Common cobalt metalloporphyrin can form host molecules with 5-bromo-8-amino isoquinoline(ABIQ)dynamically,we select out a excellect host molecule(TIPP)Co ABIQ to recognize ammonia gas by studying the recognition between these host moleculars and guest molecules containing nitrogen atom,such as ammonium hydroxide,dimethyl amine,triethylamine,DMF,pyridine.Therefore,the work of this paper is divided into three sections:Section 1 Introduction The synthesis of porphyrin and metalloporphyrin,the research progress of imidazole derivatives and imidazole-porphyrin compounds and the molecular recognition of metalloporphyrin compoun ds are introduced briefly.Section 2 Synthesis and optoelectronic properties of Meso-tetrakis(4-be nzimidazolylphenyl)porphyrin and metalloporphyrin With 4 formyl benz oicacid as raw material,Meso-tetrakis(4-benzimidazolylphenyl)poiphyrin is synthesized through esterification,cyclization,reduction,oxidation,con densation and the synthetic route and method are optimized.At the sa me time several kinds of the metalloporphyrin are obtained.Finally we study the spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of Meso-tetrakis(4-benzimidazolylphenyl)porphyrin and its transition metal porphyrin co mpounds.Section 3 The formation of metal porphyrin sensor and identification of amine compounds Five kinds of common cobalt metalloporphyrin can combine with 5-bromo-8-amino isoquinoline(ABIQ)dynamically to only form three host molecules and they are used to recognize five kinds of amine respectively.The host molecule(TIPP)Co(ABIQ)is confirmed to be the best one to recognize amine compounds through the two screening,finally we study the recognition between(TIPP)Co(ABIQ)and ammonia gas.
