Analysis And Contermeasures Of Pollution In Agricultural Production In Yangling Demonstration Zone

Yangling Aricultural Hi-tech Industry Demonstration Zone is the only aricultural hightechnology industry demonstration zone in China. Depending on scientific and industrial demonstration, it serves to promote the sustainable development of agriculture in arid and semi-arid regions in China. Pollution in aricultural production is a main pollution source that affects the quality of the rural ecological environment, which has been the bottleneck of modern agriculture development. This paper analyzed the pollution situation of agricultural non-point source pollution in Yangling Demonstration Zone caused by planting industry, livestock and poultry breeding industry, edible mushroom industry etc., reviewed the present situation and existing problems of agricultural non-point source pollution in Yangling, pointed out the control objectives specifically and tasks of Yangling agricultural non-point source pollution management, and provided specific measures and suggestions. Pollution in agricultural production process in Yangling mainly include the following two aspects:(1) pesticide and fertilizer unreasonable use which has already caused by soil and water pollution;(2)Pollution caused by irrational disposal of crop straw, orchard waste, agricultural film, aquaculture waste and edible fungi Industrial waste. There are serious problems in the process of using chemical pesticides and fertilizers owing to the lack of scientific guidance, application methods and application of the existence, the use of new organic fertilizer is not high is an important factor accelerate the soil and water pollution. The pollution caused by agricultural wastes is becoming more and more serious for the total amount of waste generated in various agricultural production processes is unknown, the lack of unified planning and effective treatment methods, coupled with technological backwardness and other issues. Four measures below should be taken:(1) Establishing the basic database to serve the comprehensive pollution control in agricultural production(2) Reduce the pollution in agricultural production through scientific guidance of technical training(3)Promote the development of agricultural waste resource industry to protect rural ecological security(4) Implement varies measures. Adhere to the balance between production development and the carrying capacity of resources and environment, which is to enhance supporting capabilities for the sustainable development of agriculture, to build Yangling as the demonstration of the comprehensive development of "beautiful country", to realize the sustainable development of agriculture in Yangling Demonstration Zone at the aim of "green development, cycling development, low carbon development".
