Hebei Cangzhou Dongguang is located in haihe south endings,belongs to the haihe river basin,the water resources development degree is high,it is a relative shortage of water resources area,the ecological environment problem is prominent.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of economic society,human demand for water is growing.Long-term excessive exploitation of groundwater will lead to a series of environmental problems of groundwater resources: the declining water level,water resource depletion,ground subsidence,ground water pollution.At the same time,the groundwater pollution presents the tendency of institution transference,expanded from urban to rural.However the control of groundwater pollution and the recovery of the groundwater environment is a long and difficult process,the most effective way to solve groundwater pollution is to prevent groundwater contamination.Therefore,the present situation and future development trend of groundwater resources research has become an issue of general concern.With the industrial area construction plan,according to the ? The guideline for the environmental evaluation of groundwater?,we determined the evaluation of type,level,and range.Followed the guideline of the technical requirements,we carried out investigation of the hydrogeology?environmental geology?pollution sources and sensitive points,pumping test and water penetration test;we carried out underground water level of dynamic real-time monitoring and measurement of groundwater level,etc.By generalized hydrogeologic condition,the model of hydrology is established,with the support of the groundwater numerical simulation software(Visual MODFLOW),we completed pollutant migration of groundwater and flow numerical simulation of groundwater,forecasted environmental impact of the groundwater,and forwarded the prevention and control of groundwater pollution,emergency countermeasures,and monitoring programme.The main conclusions is as follows:The forecast result shows that industrial area deep groundwater level decline is not obvious,impact is small,will not affect the irrigation water around the industria area.Industrial area of gr oundwater hydraulic gradient is small,pollutant migration is very slow,in setting situation,20 ye ars the largest migration distance is 481 meters,so pollution range is very small.Even in abnorm al situation,pollutant leakage increase,as long as the ground seepage control measures doesn't a ppear problem,the risk of groundwater pollution is low.But if the impermeable layer damaged,it wll affect groundwater near the drainage pipeline,pollution risk is high.Because the evaluation area of water Wells are deep confined water,that is separated by clay.From the water head difference between the phreatic groundwater and water confined and the difference of water quality,as well as the hydrogeological test results,it eflects that the clay between the phreatic groundwater and confined water has good antifouling performance.Therefore,some of the characteristics of pollutants leakage in the project area wil l have an impact on the groundwater environment near the park,but will not affect the surroundi ng civil wells.
