In order to solve the limitation of the traditional printing and dyeing process, the digital printing technology is combined with the traditional printing and dyeing design. By analyzing the characteristics of the traditional printing and dyeing patterns, using Ultra Fractal software and Photoshop graphic design software, the printing pattern was simulated, and the material library of simulation graphics was established.The simulation results show that the two methods can be used to simulate the tie-dye. O ne is the combination of Photoshop and Painter software, using Photoshop to draw the framework of the pattern, Painter's blooming brushes to simulate the effect of tie-dye blooming, a realistic imitation tie-dye pattern; the other is Ultra Fractal Mapping, Formula, O utside formula, by adding Mapping and O utside formula to generate a tie-dye pattern and morphological texture with halo color characteristics, the color controller using fractal software to adjust the color, to be more realistic imitation tie-dye effect.The result of the batik simulation shows that: using the Photoshop design software to extract the ice pattern from the batik pattern; using Photoshop, Illustrator, Painter and other graphic design software and hand drawing board to draw the ice pattern; use the filter Alien Skin Xenofex 2 lightning effect and crack effect Pattern, the ice pattern and batik pattern made into material library, the combination of graphical elements in the free software arrangement. The Photoshop effect of Alien Skin Xenofex 2, combined with the effect of the crack, is simulated in the batik effect, close to the real batik.Discharge simulation results show that: the use of two methods to simulate the discharge pattern, the first is to use Photoshop software to collect the discharge pattern by adjusting the element color, increasing the effect of the gradual change color, color discharge, on this basis, Adjust the brightness of the material to simulate the three-dimensional discharge; The second is the use of Ultra Fractal software, outside the formula to select the appropriate pattern to produce, by changing the Mapping formula to simulate imitation discharge effect.
