Dumplings are Chinese characteristics of the food,has become one of the staple food of the people.With the rapid development of quick frozen food,the main food of the dumplings is provided with a broader market space.With the continuous expansion of the main food market,the demand for high performance dumpling machine is also increasing.The existing dumpling machine with enema type the principle of roll forming based,in use process in the presence of a stuffing pump feeding precision is not high,lose surface quality unstable,and molding die mechanism unreasonable defect.This paper focuses on the research of this paper.Sausage dumpling machine mainly consists of four parts: the first conveying device,the filling device,the roller cutting forming device and the transmission system.Dumpling skin is formed through the extrusion screw mechanism of thin skinned,in the production process is easy to cause the dough temperature rise too high,dumpling skin be gelatinized or cracks,dough texture dense.To this end,through the addition of the main and auxiliary double helix,with the cooling of the barrel and improved surface pipe forming device,the device is improved.Through the double stage variable blade delivery,increasing the number of leaves,the improvement of the stator curve of the filling pump was improved.By changing the molding method,changing the rolling die structure and adding the powder feeding device,the roll forming device is improved.Through the improvement of the device,the working performance of the sausage type dumpling machine is improved effectively.In this paper,the digital design of the filling pump is studied.Application SolidWorks2013 of filling pump for the 3D modeling;the structure of stator curve is described by using MATLAB,the proposed modifier Archimedes spiral curve is proposed as the stator curve;the use of ADAMS on the stator curve of the kinematics and dynamics simulation,may have given the applicable conditions and optimization scheme.In addition,the parts of the typical vane pump with the stator curve were studied by CAD/CAM.
