The current policy situation prompted new sewage treatment plant of reconstruction and the newly built, the establishment of the emissions standards for industry, the demand for drainage equipment also constantly improve, the market potential of sewage pump continuously stimulate, wide prospect of market. At the same time, due to the widely used sewage pump, application field is not only limited to urban wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater emissions, can also be widely used in electricity, factories and mines, shape, chemical, petroleum, mining and other industries, the market of all kinds of pump industry enterprises more and more production orders, the increase of market demand constantly stimulate the production of new type high efficient sewage pump. Traditional sewage pump at relatively low, the different work environment need to design special sewage pump, and the water pump, the design and manufacture of the sewage pump need to give full consideration to the medium, work environment, maintenance, repair factors, increase the design difficulty and cost, so the efficiency and generality of sewage pump has a broad market prospect, economic benefit and social significance. Because of this, this article proposes and designs a single screw pump, and has carried on the related research.This thesis expatiates the single screw pump, working principle and operating characteristics, according to the empirical formula of single screw pump, the basic size design calculation, and the stress calculation and analysis, power and other related parameters. And then, through the study of single screw pump rotor lining model line forming principle, rotor line model line equation, using the profile equation as the foundation, combined with three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks, single screw pump rotor bushing entity model is set up, and relevant kinematics simulation analysis by using the model. Finally, the single screw pump bushing structure statics analysis, draw a bushing stress and strain distribution rule, and study the rotor bushing contact stress, get different location in the process of contact state sports bushing stress and strain change rule.The design of single screw pump adopts single head single screw structure in this thesis,, is applicable to large particles of features such as high viscosity, flow medium, has the high work efficiency, suitable for all kinds of working environment, has a broad prospects for development, to promote the theoretical research and application of sewage pump has the vital significance.
