Ink-jet printing is developed on the basis of ink-jet printing technology, has become an indispensable part of digital printing system, which is characterized by high speed and intelligent, non-contact, wide applicability and environmental protection process. Ink-jet printing can be widely used in the field of printing, mainly due to its printing speed. In the last few years, with the development of technology and science, the requirements of modern printing industry on the quality of printing products increasingly strict, the automation level of the printing industry is increasing, the more stringent requirements in print detection efficiency and accuracy aspects. The printing quality is the traditional detection method because of its strong subjectivity, low efficiency and high cost. For the modernization of industrial production has been unable to meet the demand. The two-dimensional code quality detection system for inkjet printing platform by using digital image processing techniques, machine Visual and printing principle combined to solve the printing quality problems in ink-jet printing, to satisfy user requirements of the printing precision to ensure the printing quality. This is part of an important means of modern industrial quality testing, has high practical value and practical significance.This paper presents the hardware and software design and implementation of the two-dimensional code symbol quality detection system,focusing on the negative factors affecting the cartridge, two-dimensional code symbol level nozzle voltage, paper to nozzle distance, paper speed. The spray after printing finished using line array camera for image acquisition,transmission using USB3.0 high speed data interface analysis,two-dimensional code symbol level in the data processing module, with the proposed detection method of national standard GB/T 23704-2009 file, the measurement and calculation of specific parameters associated with the two-dimensional code symbol seven quality parameters, followed by evaluation of the level of detection parameters in accordance with the national standard, the output will then detection. The results will be fed back to the ink-jet printing system. The factors that determine the two-dimensional code symbol level and its effect are the key of the study.
