With the maturity of computer network technology and digital image processing technology,a new form of publishing,on-demand publishing,has emerged,bringing new vitality to the printing industry,becoming the engine of green printing in the publishing industry,and the high-end printing industry in my country.It is an important development direction to build a green,environmentally friendly and digitally controlled printing system in the equipment manufacturing industry.Compared with traditional printing,droplet inkjet forming technology has the advantages of non-contact,intelligence,and short printing cycle,and has become an important technical means to realize on-demand publishing.The most important factor in the development of the publishing industry.Traditional barcode quality detection technology is often highly subjective,expensive and inefficient,contradicting the rapid development of inkjet on demand.In this thesis,the barcode quality inspection system based on droplet inkjet technology combines image processing technology with droplet inkjet technology to detect the quality of printed products in the process of printing,so as to meet the printing requirements of customers.The thesis introduces the classification and development trend of droplet inkjet forming technology,the design of barcode printing quality detection system,analyzes its influence on barcode printing quality,and the dynamic theoretical model of droplet inkjet forming technology.The influence of the voltage of the nozzle on the barcode quality grade is emphatically studied.The barcode detector is used to collect and analyze the image of the barcode printed by the inkjet printer,and the barcode quality is measured according to the parameters proposed in the GB/T 23704-2017 national standard.Calculate and evaluate the grade value of each parameter;at the same time,carry out a correlation analysis between each parameter and the barcode quality grade,and explore the influence of each parameter on the barcode grade under different nozzle voltages.
