Coal gas is the gas produced in the coking process of coal,and the gas is flowing out from the carbonization chamber.Temperature up to 650~850 degrees,this part of the heat accounted for 36% of the total heat of the coke oven.The waste heat recovery of waste gas is of great significance to energy saving and emission reduction.It is one of the effective ways to improve the utilization of resources in the coking plant,and also the need of improving the environment and building the green coking plant.At present,most of the waste gas waste heat recovery of coking plant is in the heat exchange part of the rising pipe of coke oven.This waste heat recovery method has been used in industrial production.But the recovery mode is due to the existence of problems such as coking,Water Leakage,has not been widely used in the industries.In order to overcome the shortcomings of existing technology,this paper developed a rising tube heat exchanger,and conducted a 8 day trial in the coking plant of Handan Iron and Steel Company.This study enables the enterprise to be able to minimize the cost,the waste gas discharged into the air in vain waste heat is extracted effectively,provide the conditions for heating,power generation and application of waste heat,and does not affect the original production of coking industry.In this study,in order to ensure the safe production of coking gas,reasonable design of the structural relationship between the inner tube wall and the heat transfer device is designed to maximize the use of waste gas waste heat.And through a variety of working conditions of heat flow heat exchanger under calculation,combined with the environment of coke oven ascending pipe waste gas heat recovery test and data collection platform.Through the experiments and data acquisition of 9 coking period,through the analysis of experimental data,it was concluded that the increase of heat exchanger has good heat transfer performance.During the test,the system is stable,the steam output is stable,and has good energy saving and environmental protection benefits.The coke oven ascending pipe waste heat recovery system from design to test are introduced in detail,the test results are analyzed,providing relevant parameters and design reference for the research of pipe heat recovery rise in the future,but also on the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society have long-term significance.
