In recent years,coal overcapacity and prices con tinue to decline make the coal industry survive hardly.Reduce the capacity of coal to ease the dem and and supply,meanwhile accelerating the transformation is a good development direction.The current coal chemical industry is developing rapidly,but the traditional coal chem ical industry due to excess capacity,irrational structure,environmental protection and other issues facing enormous pressure.Relying on high-tech,clean ener gy and chem icals as the target product of new coal chem ical industry due to the beginning,there are still high resource consumption,pollution and othe r serious problem s.In prom oting the "low-carbon economy","energy-saving emission reduction" in today's society,how in the economic,environmental protection under the premise of maximizing the value of mining coal is worth considering a problem.Coal-based polyolefin as a new pillar industry of coal chemical industry,the economic use of its environm ental protection of resources worthy of special attention.Olefin polymerization stage will em it large amounts of exhaust gas,which contains more recyclable substances,the m ajority of the existing business of its venting or burning practices do not m eet the nationa l "low-carbon econom y","energy-saving emission reduction" policy guidelines.In orde r to solve the problem of exhaust gas(exhaust gas)in the "three wa stes" of coal-ba sed polyolefin indus try,this paper explores the applic ation of ener gy saving and em ission reduction technology in petrochemical industry to energy saving retrofit of coal polyolefin industry.In this paper,firstly I made a simple analys is about the process of COT to determine the cause of CT O exhaust and c onfirm its recyclability.Secondly,compare the existing gas recovering technology that is com press and condense technology,membrane separation technology,PSA technology,cryogenic sepa ration technology.Considering the working param eters of m embrane separation exhaust of “T he polyethylene plant of Shenhua Ningxia coal chem ical byproducts deep processing utilization projects”,confirm to ins tall a cryogenic separation recovery system after membrane separation system.Thirdly,design two dif ferent cryogenic technologies,which is no power cryogenic separation tec hnology and mixed refrigerants separation technology.With the software of Hysys,simulate the process of the exhaust of polyethylene membrane separation of She nhua Ningxia coal group.Both of the two separation technologies' recovery rate up to 90%,and the coo ling capacity of system is abundant.Fourthly,I finally choose the no power cryogenic separation technology as the exhaust recover system of membrane separation of Shenhua Ningxia coal group by some contrast on adaptability and econom ic efficiency.At last,discuss the potential replication of cryogenic sepa ration technology in the e xhaust recover system of membrane separation in COT.Meanwhile,point out that replace m embrane separation system with no power cryogenic separation system under some conditions,which install no power cryogenic separation system after compress and condense system.It has been identified by the sim ulation of Hysys,which will largely simply the flow of exhaust recover system of CTO and has good economy.
