Deep roadways with low porosity and particle tight connection,high strength,but the hard rock stress exhibited strong rheological properties in the Highlands,the soft rock deformation characteristics,so this kind of rock is called soft rock engineering.In order to solve the engineering of deep soft rock roadway floor heave rheological deformation and long duration of this problem,the research group based on a large number of engineering practice experience,comprehensive theoretical analysis,simulation analysis is presented to study the creativity of the continuous "double shell" governance measures of floor heave.Through the research and analysis of the existing support of roadway floor heave control deficiencies,combined with the bottom deep roadway surrounding rock deformation and failure characteristics,the continuous double shell control floor heave technical measures.Compared with the structure of beam and plate,the shell structure can bear larger load,which has the advantages of large anti deformation capacity,uniform stress,small deformation and so on.Therefore,in the treatment of floor heave process through the support structure,scope,timing and other measures to control the formation of the formation of a certain thickness and high strength in floor rock in shallow depth of two layer shell structure,and jointly safeguard the stability of roadway.To shallow floor rock grouting + bolting,form a shallow supporting shell,namely supporting shell;shallow shell to be stable,the bearing capacity reaches a certain limit,a cable to the deep surrounding rock,forming deep shell,namely reinforcement shell.Shell parameters more reasonable and accurate,through the simulation experiment of continuous double shell treatment of floor heave of roadway surrounding rock stress and strain and the developing rule of rock plastic zone distribution,using the similarity analysis of different depth of casing support and surrounding rock deformation and failure characteristics of simulation experiment.The study shows that the shallow shell thickness should be similar to the rupture radius of surrounding rock,and the thickness of the shell is similar to that of the plastic zone.Tunnel digging,the surrounding rock deformation part of high rock stress release after grouting timely improve rock shell,seal rock fracture,recovery of rock mass structure,effect of bolt radial constraint on bearing shell structure make the shallowrock with a certain thickness;shallow shell formation,according to the monitoring results of surrounding rock deformation,shallow discrimination the Ministry of housing bearing stability,timely deep anchor,increasing radial binding,change the stress state of surrounding rock,deep surrounding rock to form a stable ring bearing,high stress rock bear protection shallow shell.Given the shallow shell--Deep shell coupling support theory,analysis of shallow shell--Deep shell coupling supporting mechanism,summed up the deep high stress soft rock floor heave control principle: reasonable section design,to reproduce the overall structure of roadway surrounding rock,shallow shell pressure relief,pressure,deep crust the compressive strength,pressure resistance,deep shallow shell superposition process induced,to let,let the anti unloading moderate coordination principle.
