The Design And Implementation Of Solution PH Image Detection System

PH value is one of the important physical and chemical parameters of solution detection.As long as it is about natural phenomena of a solution,chemical reaction,and production process,PH value is always involved.The common approaches of measuring the PH value of a solution are test paper observation method and glass electrode method.The evaluation result of the former,influenced by subjective factors,is not objective.The cost of the latter is high.Based on the research of the computer image processing technology,this paper designs the solution PH value image detection system.The system shots the measured PH value test paper and the standard color card in the same image.By the application of the image enhancement technology,image denoising technology,image segmentation,target region classification and color difference calculation,the standard color block close to the paper tested is to be found according to the color difference,and the PH value is to be identified.In image enhancement,this paper studies the SSR algorithm,MSR algorithm and MSRCR algorithm,and finally adopts the MSRCR algorithm,for it has very good enhancement effect in low illumination image,and excellent color fidelity.In image denoising,this paper mainly works on DCT adaptive denoising algorithm,for this algorithm is good to remove image noise in case of unknown type of noise and nonestimatible information related.In image segmentation,the method based on threshold segmentation image is adopted,and according to the characteristics of the experiment,the maximum variance method in Lab color space is proposed,which turns out a good experiment result.In image smoothing,this paper studies the morphology in corrosion and expansion,opening arithmetic and closing arithmetic and smooth edge in image segmentation.In target area identification,this paper studies the connected domain identification and its calculation according to the characteristics of the test image,and achieves the classification of the test paper and standard color region.In the calculation of chromatism,the CIE1976L*a*b color difference formula and CIEDE2000 color difference formula are adopted,and through experimental comparison,chromatism is calculated between the color test paper and color standard using CIEDE2000 color difference formula.At low cost,being objective and accurate in PH value detection,and with good practical value,the solution PH value image detection system make up for the currentsolution PH value detection software blank.
