Carrying the hydraulic cylinder of four moving directions,GJZ-500,as a type of tube hydraulic machine special for forming,it’s suitable for high press modeling in tube.The thesis will focus on the modeling analysis and control method of GJZ-500.In the thesis,the author has set four models,which include the piston model of variable pump,the model of piston moving,the model of port plat absorbing and releasing model,simulation model of variable machine.Then the author tested the accuracy of variable pump set in the AMESIM through the values of simulation calculating and theoretical calculating.Then the author introduced the pilot magnetic relief valve,and set the model of it.And on the basis of the above,the author set the model and the value of simulation.And finally the author used the simulation of relief valve to research the influence of structure value on the characteristics of relief valve,and the curve of pressure and power.The author also set the model of portion relief valve through the principle of it,and tested the accuracy of the established model.In the end of the thesis,the author researched on the strategies of special hydraulic machine control,and the control of moving process through PID.In the thesis,the author also deduced the mathematical model,which include the scale amplifying,proportional flow valve,asymmetrical Cylinder,to make the control on the flow and pressure.In addition,the author set the circulation of the hydraulic machine by the simulation software.And the PID value was identified and refined through the Z-N principle. |
