In recent years the national pollution situation is grim,fog around the frequent weather.Fine particulate matter as the main factor in the formation of haze,to reduce its emissions is essential.As a kind of efficient equipment to remove fine particles,bag filter has wide application prospect.In this paper,Fluent software is used to simulate the flow device of different bag dust collectors.The research results have important guiding significance for the optimal design of the bag-type dust collector.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The inlet air distribution pattern of the inlet manifold of the double-row double-bag filter and the inlet air model of the 10 m long bag are studied.The results show that the manifold plate must be arranged in the inlet manifold,and the distribution plate is determined according to the shape of the inlet manifold and the position and quantity of the air inlet of the box.10 m long bag with the box into the wind,you must set a certain height in the box body of the blind plate,and the top of the blind plate to the flower plate area should be open.The arrangement of the parallel flow vortex device in the hopper of the dust collector of the large-channel air inlet of semi-dry desulfurization system is studied.The results show that the pressure drop of the ash bucket and air inlet area is only 61.4Pa when the hopper inlet duct is inclined and the perforated plate is set up,which is not the main cause of the high resistance of the equipment.Device using the question in the program 2(see Figure 4.8)is reasonable.The numerical calculation and analysis of the phenomenon of dust bag,dust accumulation in the inlet pipe of a coal chemical industry group boiler semi-dry desulfurization,the results show that the occurrence of these phenomena with the bag filter before the Pipe arrangement,the elbow before the dust catcher is the direct cause of the serious flue gas volume difference in the three large chambers.The different flow plate arrangement forms in the elbow are calculated in two steps.The results show that the flow The plate should be extended to the direction of air a straight,and extend the part of the upward tilt angle of a better effect.4.Numerical simulations and simulations were carried out on the inlet airflow averaging device of flat bag filter for locomotive maintenance.The results show that the depth of the inlet duct of the precipitator in the gravity settling chamber has a great influence on the design resistance of the settling chamber.When the insertion depth is reduced by 244 mm,the resistance of the precipitator will be reduced by 200 Pa.The original air intake structure of the precipitator will inevitably lead to the uneven processing of the flue gas volume.Through the first 1-3 treatment unit air inlet area on both sides of the dust box,Equipped with circular-shaped flow plate,the processing unit uniformity of the treatment gas significantly improved.
