| Today,material living standards continue to improve and people need more and more beer.More brands of beer get into the market,so that competition is increasingly fierce,which is the objective to promote the development of beer industry.It is also the constant pursuit of better taste,better quality beer.Moreover,compared with other advanced countries,China’s beer production level is still very low.Many small and medium enterprises due to technological backwardness,and it is difficult to achieve comprehensive automation control.Therefore,the use of advanced automation technology can dramatically increase production speed and product quality,corporate earnings continue to increase.This paper focuses on the production of beer saccharification process,on which major issues wort filtration process were analyzed.And we use Rockwell company’s equipment and software to realize the process automation.It has three steps to realize the whole control system.First,learning all of the site equipment,listing the signal types need to be controlled,including digital and analog.These devices and remote I / O sub-station configuration will be completed in the PLC;second,according to the filtered wort production process,writing PLC program.We use the ladder block to write each step,and brief program run mode.Third,communication with the host computer,the data transfer to management,and a host computer can issue control commands to the field devices,including the valve switch,start and stop the motor.The system uses Ethernet/IP.control Temperature,flow rate by using the PIDE,calculate the cumulative flow by using pulse counting method.The system can achieve a good automation of wort filtration. |
