Application Of PROFIBUS Field Bus In Printing Production

With the expansion of a company's development,the status quo of the company in addition to deal with all kinds of science and technology constantly updated,to face the reality of printing market structure changes,to be more fierce market competition in today's foothold it is necessary to improve the company's hard power,enhance the level of automation.Hot spot in today's automation technology,the fieldbus technology already has been widely used in most of the industry,a company for electric modification of printing equipment,at the same time,also try to through the application of field bus technology to improve the level of integrated automation.Based on field bus technology equipment electrification of save the number of hardware and the investment,so as to achieve a large number of concise line,reduce line installation and maintenance workload,and improve the accuracy and reliability of the system.In this paper,the equipment in the electrification of PROFIBUS field bus in the application of the equipment was studied,PROFIBUS protocol structure and technical characteristics are analyzed in detail,analyses the PROFIBUS field bus architecture and the main function of each division.
