Formerly, in the stage of producing the Aluminium packed medica, many pharmaceutical factories rely on the workers to pack or just introduce single production equipment. One hand, this technological level is very low, will make secondary pollution on the medica. On the other hand, after the new Labour Law put into practice, the labour cost will raise up. Too much rely on labour or just semi-automatization producing will not adapt the competition of in the modern market. So, introduing the automated and intelligentized technology instead of hand operation will be a trend.Profibus is an international standard for fieldbus which is open and independ on equipment manufacturer, this protocol can be widely used in manufactur automation,,flow inustry automation.Profibus-DP is an communicatoin protocol with hign speed and low cost, mainly userd in equipment level control system and decentralized I/O communication. Presently the application and exploitation of DP fieldbus technology is widely used.Based on the analysing of the performance characteristic about the single equipment of the aluminium packed connector, and the operation characteristic about the whole production line, this thesis introduces into Profibus-DP theory, designing the industrial control of integration system of the aluminium packed connector,which takes the PLC S7-300 as the master station, the existing single PLC S7-200 as the slave station, and takes the Profubus-DP as the communication protocol. Through the introducing of the fieldbus technology,the aluminium packed connector system can realize integrative monitor and control,even can realize remote manipulation and control,truly put full automation the into effect .During the process of the designing of the mechanotronics mechanical-electrical integration system,this thesis mainly discuss the principle of design,Plant model selection and the I/O configure.Emphasis on the process of the communication in the the Profibus-DP control system in the end, this thesis discusses the future development direction of mechanotronics mechanical-electrical integration system.
