In the open pit mining,landslide disaster is the most frequent in all kinds of disasters,which can easily lead to huge economic losses and casualties.In recent years,with the continuous development of China's resources and energy development projects,mining activities continue to enhance,mining landslide geological disasters are becoming more and more serious.Landslide monitoring and early warning is the main method of risk control in mining area,which has the characteristics of low cost and easy to implement.But the existing mine slope monitoring method has the shortcomings such as long monitoring period,low monitoring accuracy,and can not achieve real-time and automatic monitoring.In addition,during the operation of the monitoring system,the influence of the monitoring instrument accuracy and the observation conditions,the monitoring data is more or less error.When the monitoring data is processed,the monitoring data will be found to be jumping,and the corresponding time displacement curve will also occur.On the basis of the analysis and prediction of the stability of the slope,it will encounter difficulties in data filtering.In the research of landslide early warning threshold,due to the complexity of slope failure and landslide dynamic monitoring technology is not mature,it is difficult to timely capture the dynamic information of landslide,the landslide of qualitative and quantitative research has caused great difficulties.Aiming at the above problems,combined with the national natural fund project "roof disaster warning"(51234005-01);Ministry of housing and urban rural construction projects "the city underground excavation disturbance mechanism and engineering safety evaluation of surface subsidence"(2012-K3-21);Jinchuan science and technology project group Limited by Share Ltd quartz stone ore open pit slope stability monitoring and early warning system(B2-2012-092).To study the method and the local stability of the multi-level slope monitoring,the contents are as follows:The first group: taking Jinchuan quartz stone stope slope engineering background,through the analysis of exploration of open-pit quartz stone ore geology and experiment,the corresponding measuring points for the dangerous area arrangement with landslide trend,design a set of mining slope stability of remote online monitoring and warning system,this paper introduces the design principle and system structure.The system can real-time monitor the change of the displacement field ofrock slope in mining process,and transfer the real-time monitoring data to the monitoring host through wireless network,and realize the visualization of monitoring data.System with early warning function,according to the need to set the warning threshold,when the slope position shift over the warning threshold,the system automatic alarm.Second: monitoring system through more than 4 years of monitoring,collected a large number of landslide data.In the process of data processing,it is found that there is a phenomenon of the existence of the monitoring data.In order to make the monitoring data more response to the deformation of the slope,this paper based on the modern error theory,using the method of the uncertainty filter to determine the gross errors and outliers.Through the analysis of the slope monitoring data,the purpose of eliminating the gross error and identifying the outliers can be effectively processed..Third: through the analysis of the measured data of the landslide in the course of the quartz ore mining,the curves of the change of the sliding body with time are given.Combined with slope failure process,failure mechanism,failure site and curve shape,the Jinchuan slope failure mode is divided into sliding tension type damage,damage and erosion of three types of failure form of slope failure type database based on the three kinds of slope failure types are early warning research.In this paper,a set of remote online monitoring and early warning system is established based on the combination of theoretical research and practical engineering.The monitoring data is processed by the method of the non known filter,and the gross error is eliminated,and the abnormal value is recognized.Based on the analysis of landslide data,the local failure of the multi-stage slope is divided into three ways,and the early warning threshold value is studied.Practice shows that the results of the study are consistent with the actual deformation of the slope,and the local rock mass failure.
