The rapid development of my country’s air transportation industry and the rapid increase in civil aviation transportation turnover have put forward higher requirements for the safe construction of airport operations.At present,most researches on airport operation safety and early warning focus on risk assessment,but few literatures have proposed mature and specific implementation plans for airport operation safety.Firstly,the operating characteristics of large civil transportation airports are combined to conduct risk assessment on airport risk sources.Secondly,an early warning indicator system is established for high-risk apron operations,and a multi-objective and multi-variable apron early warning model are built.Finally,an apron operation early warning system is proposed to form a complete airport early warning research method.The main work and innovation content are as follows:(1)The research results of airport operation safety and early warning at home and abroad are summarized.Qualitative methods such as expert interviews and surveys are applied to analyze the status quo and characteristics of airport operation safety,and determine the risk source of airport operation.Based on the three-dimensional theory,the improved risk assessment model is employed to evaluate the risk sources and determine the high-risk links of airport operations.(2)The Delphi expert survey method is used to determine the apron operation early warning indicators,combined with the significance test to improve the accuracy of the optimal segmentation method to solve the early warning threshold,calculate the alertness of each early warning indicator,and evaluate the early warning level of each indicator.(3)A multi-variable and multi-objective model is established for the operation of the parking bay with a higher warning level,and the warning level of the overload operation of the parking bay is evaluated.(4)Design principles and goals are developed based on user needs,and the functional structure and hardware configuration of the apron operation early warning system are planned based on the goals.Finally,the implementation of the early warning system based on the "Ding Ding" network interactive platform is realized.The research work and conclusions of this paper provide a new evaluation method for airport operation safety,and provide auxiliary decision-making support for the formulation of apron operation early warning plan and airport safety.It has certain practical and theoretical significance for the construction of computer-based early warning system research value. |
