Chracteristics,Protection And Development Of Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems Of Jasmine And Tea Culture System Of Fuzhou City

Conservation and sustainable use of agricultural heritage systems is the core issue and hot research field of agro-ecological, economic, cultural, etc.. This research has been some achievements in the rural heritage, however, it is rarely reported for the urban - rural complex heritage, specially for the systematic research. Therefore, it is very important in theoretical and practical for further improve the system dynamic connotation agricultural heritage protection and sustainable management of agriculture and enhance the ecological function and value of cultural heritage to take advantage of research and development of this type of heritage protection system.Based on this, Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture System was chosen as the study object, the Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System features and value, advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges facing cultural heritage protection and development, the importance of the protection of agricultural heritage systems and approaches, the foundation and ways of development and utilization, coordination and its safeguard measures of Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System were investigated and analyzed.This study had significantly practical value for enhancing the dynamic protection, accelerate the industry revitalization of Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture System, moreover, it could also increase benefits for farmers, growers, business, and provide the guidance for environmentally friendly agricultural heritage protection system, development strategy. The main study content and conclusions were as follows:(1) Based on the investigation and analysis of features and value in the Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System, the results showed: There were a long history of the origin and evolution, rational system structure, diversification of system features for Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System. Moreover, there were important ecological value, economic value, social value, cultural value, research value, demonstration value, educational value, and distinct special value for Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System.(2) Based on the investigation and analysis of advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in the Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System, the results showed:seen from the opportunity, mainly appeared jasmine tea exquisite workmanship, unique jasmine tea cultural characteristics, high international reputation, flavor internationally popular favorite. Seen from the weakness, mainly appeared jasmine acreage dropped, the jasmine tea industry chain needs to be extended, jasmine tea planting labor and general aging of the body. Seen from the opportunities, mainly appeared national and regional needs diversity of jasmine tea, jasmine tea production initiative to enhance farmers and business development and growth, and the rise of Globally Important Agricultural Heritage and China's Important Agricultural Heritage protection. Seen from the challenges, mainly appeared jasmine tea industry input and output is relatively low, low price of jasmine tea, tea quality and the lack of effective supervision, lack of strong tea brand promotion, expansion of urban land and agricultural land use change, lack of integration of industry branding and image of the city promotion.(3) Based on the investigation and analysis of protection necessary and pathways in the Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System, the results showed: It is for regional ecological security to effective protection of Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System. The awareness and willingness of heritage protection was low for the residents, and urban residents slightly higher than rural residents. Seen from the protection pathways, the delineation of the scope of protection, rational agricultural ecology, agriculture and cultural and agricultural landscape protection were important.(4) Based on the investigation and analysis of development foundation and pathways in the Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System, the results showed:Farmers planting willingness was low of Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System. The pathways of reasonable agricultural heritage function division, combination with ecological product development, sustainable tourism, ecological compensation and capacity-building measures were important to promote the sustainable development of agriculture heritage.(5) Based on the investigation and analysis of protection necessa coordination and safeguards in the Fuzhou Jasmine and Tea Culture Agricultural Heritage System, the results showed:Protection and development should be followed the principle of protect priority and appropriate development, overall protection and coordinated development, dynamic protection and function expansion, multi-stakeholder involvement and the principle of benefit-sharing. Moreover, the safeguards of institutional, organizational, technical and financial aspects were used to achieve the effective protection and sustainable development of agricultural heritage.
