Chaoyang Phosphate mine is located in the east of China,due to technical and economic reasons,has not been fully utilized.The east of China is lack of phosphorus,the reserves of Chaoyang Phosphate mine is larger,the development and utilization of Chaoyang phosphate rock is of great significance.The ore studied in this paper is from Chaoyang Phosphate mine,the content of P2O5,Si O2 and MgO is 13.63%,35.12 and 5.28%.The test samples has the characteristic of high content of MgO and gangue minerals are dominated by quartz,belonging to the typical low grade and high magnesium phosphate rock.The collophane ore due to complex composition,fine dissemination size,useful minerals and gangue minerals jelly closely mixed,collophanite gangue and interspersed with cement,is the domestic refractory collophanite.According to the diffculty of dolomite desertion from phosphorite,under normal temperature condition,the positive and reverse flotation process of phosphate rock is systematically studied,explore the test results show that the open circuit: with P2O5 13.58%,MgO 5.46% of the original samples,In the grinding fineness of0.074 mm content of 85%,flotation temperature of 12,after a rough selection of three selected positive flotation in addition to silicon,direct reverse flotation process of magnesium removal from one roughing two choose reverse flotation,finally,the grade of concentrate P2O5 was30.10%,the content of MgO was 1.13%,and the P2O5 recovery rate was71.62%.Closed circuit test results show that,When the environment temperature of 22,the temperature of 24,the grinding fineness in 0.074 mm content under the condition of 80%,the flotation for roughing,reverse flotation for flotation process is anti-one roughing two re-election,the test results of the concentrate P2O5 grade of 30.15%,MgO content of 1.22% and recovery of 73.03% were obtained.The same process,appropriate adjustments to the amount of drug can be obtained P2O5 concentrate grade of 28.15%,MgO content of 1.45% and recovery of 76.65% of the closed-circuit test results.On the reasonable development and utilization of the low grade cellophane,there is a certain guiding singnificace for the experimental research.
