Research On Fixed Bed Intermittent Gasifier Coal Rod Gas Preparation Technology

At present,domestic synthetic ammonia enterprises mostly adopt the briquette gasification technology,but compared to coal water slurry gasification technology,but the cost and consumption of coal production is considerably high.Based on the ratio of production of briquette,this paper studies the effect of ratio of three factors of the quality of briquette including lignite humic acid,alkali,water.Also it studies gasification temperature,steam pressure on the gasification reaction rate and semi water gas temperament during the briquette gasification process.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The reaction of lignite and liquid preparation of humic acid sodium binder and the optimum reaction temperature for 95-100 ?.The extraction and heat preservation time should reach more than 4 hours.2.Lignite briquette has a significant impact strength of humic acid content.Different kinds of lignite which takes the same formulation for preparing briquette has different strength.Also,its chemical activity is different and impacts on fixed bed gasification process significantly.The higher the content of humic acid from lignite,the more favorable coal briquette is for gas making process.3.The ratio of liquid and lignite briquette impact quality significantly.Using of lignite unchanged,coal briquette binder quality increases with amount of liquid increase.But its lignite and caustic soda?concentration of 35%?,the weight of the water ratio which reaches 5:1:5 ratio is appropriate.4.The temperature of gasification reaction is mainly controlled by the blowing efficiency of the blowing stage.The pyrolysis rate increases with the growth of the coal gasification reaction temperature,and the conversion of carbon in the coal rate also increased.However,the high temperature of the gasification layer reduces the heat consumption of the fuel layer instead and the heat value of the fuel consumed by the ratio,resulting in rising raw material coal consumption.5.the change of steam pressure is the change of reactant concentration,which mainly affects the reaction speed and reaction balance of carbon and steam.With the increase of water steam flow,the gasification reaction rate of coal will increase quickly,and the reaction time is reduced.However,after reaching a certain peak,the gasification reaction rate is not obvious.Instead reducing the gasification reaction temperature,CH₄ content and CO₂ content will increase.
