Oil is of great strategic position in the energy industry,oil is non-renewable energy,after continuous exploitation has reduced sharply in recent years.Energy problem is closely related to the development of the state and society,China's large population base low per capita share of resources,To make full use of petroleum energy,it is an important problem to reduce the unnecessary loss in oil well exploitation.In oil field development and production process to understand the oil production capacity of the oil well,The current pressure,temperature,dynamic liquid level and so on are measured irregularly.The measurement of fluid level in oil well is a very important parameter,only accurate measurement of the depth of the oil well can take a reasonable production process so that the oil production rate of the oil well reaches the maximum amount.In this paper,we take the STM32F429 microcontroller as the core,the use of mechanical and pneumatic devices to launch sub sonic pulse is more safe and reliable,the hardware circuit mainly includes the data acquisition circuit,filter circuit,A/D transformation point road and motor positive inversion circuit,etc.There are many methods for measuring the dynamic liquid level of oil well,the most commonly used is the Echo method,using acoustic wave propagation in media after the obstacles encountered in the process of reflection principle.The sound wave generating device transmitting pulse signal after the acoustic signal through the annular space of the casing into the well below when the coupling wave propagation,as well as some obstacles,the oil well liquid level will produce the reflected pulses by microphone receiver,acoustic signal after A/D conversion,amplification,filter for oil well liquid level waveform graph.Due to the fact that the density of the air medium is not uniform and some unknown factors affect the propagation velocity of the sound velocity in the oil well,By using theories of the data fitting method in the study on the corresponding section of the sound velocity of data fitting,The curve fitting formula is found by analyzing the variation law of sound velocity along with the depth of oil well.Finally,through the calculation of acoustic waves in the corresponding section in the oil transmission speed and time ofreceiving the reflected signal microphone level to calculate the oil well liquid level depth,So the accuracy of the measurement of the dynamic liquid level can be greatly improved.
