The environment pollution is more and more attention,continuous improvement in the standard of living and the quality of life is also more and more high,vigorously develop water environmental protection coatings has become a mainstream trend.China Chemical Industry Association,the application of water technology Specialized Committee was established in October 24,2016,which also indicated the vigorous development of the paint industry.Acrylic has become an important coating polymer for its excellent properties in resistance of weather,water,alcohol and stain.Waterborne polyurethane paint has non-toxic,tasteless,no pollution,safety and environmental protection,is gradually replacing the traditional solvent based coatings,especially two component waterborne polyurethane coatings,which is high crosslink density,its performance can be comparable with solvent based paint,has aroused great interest.A semi-continuous seeded polymerization method was used to prepare the aqueous two-component polyurethane coatings.With methyl methacrylate,methacrylic acid ethyl ester,styrene,butyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate as comonomer,phosphate,methyl methacrylate butyl six fluorine as functional monomer,propylene glycol butyl ether as solvent,di-t-butyl peroxide as initiator,2-mercaptoethanol as a chain transfer agent synthesized a core-shell structure waterborne acrylic dispersions;We also studied the effect of polymerization monomer HEMA,alkyl acrylate ester,acrylic acid AA on the film properties.According to the TGA and FTIR,emulsion has an excellent thermal stability and the monomers were all participated in the copolymerization.The final acid is 3.5%,the initiator to monomer quality is 1.5% and 1% chain transfer agent accounted for the monomer quality.TEM show that emulsion particles have obvious core-shell structure.The result proved that the success of the acrylic emulsion on particle design.The waterborne acrylic dispersions and the isocyanate are blended with thinner PNA,defoaming agent(BYK-028,TEGO-842),wetting and dispersing agent(TEGO-842,TEGO-755),which can make the excellent performance of two-component waterborne polyurethane varnish.The optimization of the test recipe is basic to the detection of water resistance,ethanol wipe,acetone wipe,impact resistance,hardness,gloss and other properties.The coating has high practical value.
