Enterprises play a significant role in the implementation of emissions trade policy under which the environmental behavior decisions of the enterprises will determine the effect of emission trade policy.Combined with the status and characteristic of the emissions trade policy in China,it is vital to study the behavior reaction under the mechanisms of emissions trade policy,which is meaningful for government to establish and improve relative polices and lead to the enterprise behaviors in energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the enterprise cognition of the trade policy,this dissertation constructs a general empirical model of cognition-behavior decision-making.It is set up by qualitative approach and quantitative approach based on the investigation data of 380 enterprises in Zhejiang Province to further study the enterprises behaviors of compliance on emission trade policy,investment strategies selection on environmental protection and adoption on new environmental protection technology respectively.The main conclusions of this paper are as followings: 1)The enterprises' understanding of the emission trading policy has a significant positive effect on the environmental behavior of the enterprises,and the expected judgment of the policy has significant influence on the new technology adoption and environmental protection strategic behavior,but no effect on the behavior of corporate environmental knowledge dissemination;2)The two dimensions of corporate political connection have shown a regulatory role in the enterprise emissions trading policy cognition and adoption of new technology,but in the relationship between enterprise emission trade policy cognition,environmental knowledge dissemination and environmental strategy,it has not been verified.
