Raw lacquer is a kind of natural products. It can be used as natural coating of high quality. Raw lacquer drys in the conditions of specific temperature and humidity. The film is easy to change color and crack when it is under the irradiation of ultraviolet light. For the reasons, it can not be used as industrial coatings or outdoor coatings. In this paper, to expand the application range of the raw lacquer, using urushiol, which is main ingredients of raw lacquer, to prepare a series of urushiol-based coating that can be cured at room temperature in this paper. Concrete content are as follows:1.Urushiol (U) and fluorine resin (HFR) containing hydroxyl groups have been combined to be a series of urushiol polyurethane composite films which can be cured at room temperature under the function of curing agent. The chemical structures of this film were characterized by FTIR. The physical and mechanical performance, heat resistance, surface wettability, aging resistance, chemical resistance and solvent resistance of samples were tested and the optimal sample was selected. Within the scope of the experiment:when the mass ratio of Urushiol to HFR was 40:60, urushiol polyurethane coating has excellent hydrophobic properties and anti-aging properties.2.Adding nanometer titanium dioxide into composite system of Urushiol and HFR to prepare the urushiol-based nanocomposite coatings. The properties of physical and mechanical, heat resistance, surface wettability, aging resistance, chemical resistance and solvent resistance of the coatings were tested. And the results show that the comprehensive performance of nanocomposite coatings is better than urushiol polyurethane coating. Within the scope of this experiment, when the mass ratio of Urushiol to HFR was 80:20, urushiol-based nanocomposite coating posses excellent properties of heat resistance, hydrophobic properties and anti-aging.3.The two kinds of commonly used silane coupling agent (y-ammoniapropyl triethoxy silane and N-aminoethyl-y-ammoniapropyl silane) were selected as reactive monomer to react with urushiol to prepare urushiol organic silicon polymer (U-Sil and U-Si2), which contains Si-O-Si group. We had studied the influence of variety and dosage of silane coupling agent on the physical and mechanical properties, chemical and solvent resistance, heat resistance, surface wettability, anti-aging performance. Within the scope of the experiment, when the mass ratio of urushiol and silane coupling agent was 3:2, the comprehensive performance of organic silicon polymer curing film is relatively good, and the properties of U-Sil is better than U-Si2.
