| Corrosion of metals brings serious harm to economy,safety and resources.Applying anti-corrosion coatings can effectively protect metals from corrosion.However,anti-corrosion coatings often lead to performance degradation or even failure due to aging problems.Therefore,the preparation of coatings with both corrosion resistance and aging resistance is an important research direction.In recent years,the study of introducing 2D nanomaterials into organic coatings has attracted extensive attention.The close packing of the nanosheet structure in the coating and the existence of the "labyrinth effect" greatly increase the diffusion path of the corrosive medium to the metal surface and prolong the corrosion resistance time.Therefore,it plays a key role in the anti-corrosion coating.The resin has strong adhesion and good film formation,but defects in the matrix may act as pathways to accelerate the entry of water,oxygen and other corrosive substances into the metal substrate.If a two-dimensional sheet material is added to the resin to construct a coating with both anti-corrosion and aging resistance,the resin will be widely used.In addition,with the improvement of social awareness of environmental protection,many countries have issued strict regulations to control the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).Therefore,the development of environmentally friendly and efficient metal anti-corrosion coatings has become the focus of research.The following are the main research contents of this work:1.Using natural materials montmorillonite(MMT)and urushiol as raw materials,urushiol titanium polymer intercalated montmorillonite(UTPOMMT)was successfully synthesized by cation exchange method and in-situ polymerization method,and it was added to epoxy resin(EP),a composite coating was obtained.This process increases the lamellar spacing of montmorillonite,making it easier to peel in epoxy resin,and the resulting lamellae are more tightly packed,thereby extending the path for the corrosive medium to reach the metal surface.The test results show that different amounts of UTPOMMT have obvious effects on the properties of composite coatings.Among them,the composite coating with the addition of 5wt% UTPOMMT has the best corrosion resistance and salt spray resistance.In addition,the UV accelerated aging test results show that the composite coating has excellent aging resistance.2.Using UTPOMMT filler,it was compounded with acrylic resin(AR)and alkyd resin(ALK)respectively to prepare composite coatings UTPOMMT/AR and UTPOMMT/ALK,and their corrosion resistance was investigated through electrochemical experiments and salt spray experiments.The test results show that UTPOMMT can significantly improve the corrosion resistance and aging resistance of AR and ALK,and the addition of UTPOMMT at 3wt% has the best effect.3.Using sodium lignosulfonate(LS),aconitic acid and acrylamide as raw materials,a dispersant(LD)was synthesized,and urushiol titanium polymer montmorillonite aqueous dispersion(LUM)was successfully prepared by ball milling,so that LUM can be well dispersed in water-based epoxy resin(WEP),and its corrosion resistance can be significantly improved.TEM demonstrated that LUM has good dispersibility in waterborne epoxy coatings.The corrosion resistance and aging resistance of LUM coatings are significantly improved.In addition,the addition of 5wt% of LUM has the best shielding effect in epoxy coatings,and the highest corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties in composite coatings.Due to the synergistic effect of montmorillonite and urushiol titanium polymer,UTPOMMT/EP has both anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties,which significantly prolongs the service life of anti-corrosion coatings,which is conducive to the development of long-term and efficient anti-aging and anti-corrosion. |
