With the implementation of the "twelfth five-year" plan,the city scale and urbanization rate of our country got further development,the demand of water for industrial production or urban domestic has increased dramatically.As China's urbanization and industrialization accelerating,the overall water environmental pollution condition keep getting worsen,makes the already tense contradiction between supply and demand of water resources tend to be more sharpper,raise the utilization ratio of industrial circulating cooling water circulation is imperative.Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid(ATMP)has good stability of chemical and thermal,hard to be hydrolyzed,excellent performance of scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor,has been widely used in industrial water treatment.Currently,ATMP was synthesized with formaldehyde,phosphorus trichloride and ammonium chloride under the condition of 100 ~ 140 ?.Over dose formaldehyde are often used to improve the conversion rate of phosphorus in traditional craft of ATMP.This cause serious resource waste and environmental pollution problems,at the same time,the purity of ATMP product is low under the traditional craft for the content of ATMP is often less than 40%,and is not conducive to further preparation of ATMP solid by crystallization.The cleaner production level of traditional craft is low.In this disssertation,target product ATMP was in one step synthesized with aminotriacetic acid,phosphorus chloride,phosphorous acid as raw materials.The target product were optimized by apply the means to single factor analysis and orthogonal synthesis and purified by acetone recrystallization method.Based on this,a clean process of ATMP was developed,the reaction mechanism was also mentioned with the aid of Chemoffice2008 software.The main contents studied and results obtained shows as follows:(1)On the basis of studies of influential single factors and orthogonal design test,the optimal synthesis conditions of the target product ATMP was: the molar ratio of phosphorous acid,phosphorus chloride and aminotriacetic acid is 4.0:1,reaction time is 4h,reaction temperature is 100?,dropping rate of phosphorus chloride is 5mL·h-1.(2)The structure of the target product was characterized by use the means to elemental analysis,infrared spectrum analysis and LC-MS spectrum analysis.(3)Using Chemoffice2008 software to accomplish calculation of quantum chemistry,according to the calculated parameters of quantum chemistry,combined with the observation results of experiment,analysis the possible reaction mechanism to synthesis ATMP in heterogeneous reaction conditions.(4)A cleaner production index evaluation system was proposed.Assessment the cleaner production level of those two different synthesis technology from the energy utilization of resources indicators,Pollutants indicators,product indicators,technology and equipment requirements,economic benefit indexes.
