In recent years,solid surfaces with special wettability have been intensively explored and researches of it have been accelerated by the discovery of Lotus Effect.According to the different of contact angle,surface wettability can be divided into hydrophobic(oleophobicity)and hydrophilic(oleophilicity).Specially,the surface with contact angle higher than 150 ° and sliding angle lesser than 10 ° is called superhydrophobic(superoleophobicity)surface.When the contact angle is 0°,the surface is called superhydrophilic(superoleophilic)surface.If wettability of the surface was both superhydrophobic and superoleophobicity,the surface is the superamphiphobicity that includs superhydrophilic and superoleophilic.Accordingly,superhydrophobicity,superhydrophilicity,superoleophobicity,superoleophilicity,superamphiphilicity and superamphiphobicity are the several extreme states of surface wettability.In general,there are two routes to fabricate the special wettability surface.The first one is that rough surface is modified by the low-energy materials and the other one is to fabricate roughness structure on the low-energy surface.In this thesis,metal copper material with special wettability is obtained which can be applied for anti-corrosion,wettability switch and oil-water separation.(1)A simple chemical bath deposition method is adopted to fabricate the superhydrophobic Cu film on the glass without any low surface energy materials modification.The anti-corrosion ability of this superhydrophobic Cu film is inspected as well.(2)In the fabrication process,it is found that the wettability of superhydrophobic Cu film is closely related to the dried atmosphere,dried duration and dried temperature.According to the solution–stimulic,copper surface with swithchable wettability between superhydrophobicity and superhydrophilicity is successfully fabricated.(3)The thermal oxidation method is adopted to fabricate the superhydrophobic and superolephilic copper nest surface.And the copper nest with special wettability has great anti-corrision and wettability switchable abilities which also can be used for oil-water separation successfully.
