| Deoiled-asphalt is an important byproduct of the solvent deasphalting process in residual processing,its higher softening point can not be directly used as product of road asphalt or construction asphalt.At present,the approach that deoiled-asphalt widely used as fuel burning is not only make the most of deoiled-asphalt,resulting wast of resources,and also brings pollution to the environment.Its not conducive to environmental protection,so it is not a reasonable utilization.This paper discussed on comprehensive utilization of deoiled-asphalt,research on deoiled-asphalt has carried out by three projects:blending deoiled-asphalt prepare road asphalt;blending deoiled-asphalt prepare construction asphalt;blending deoiled-asphalt prepare SBS modified asphalt.The results showed that:1.Blending deoiled-asphalt should select the appropriate blending objects which based on the use of blending asphalt can be easier achieve the production purposes.2.Deoiled-asphalt's blending asphalt can not be directly used as road asphalt because of its poor ductility and low viscosity.And low viscosity can be effectively solved by adding the tackifier,while can also improve blending asphalt temperature susceptibility and aging resistance properties,but the project blending deoiled-asphalt prepare road asphalt has little effect due to the weak ductility.3.Deoiled-asphalt's blending asphalt use the chemical condensation can prepared 10#and30# qualified construction asphalt with national standards.4.The project deoiled-asphalt's blending asphalt prepare SBS modified asphalt is not feasible,mainly due to the SBS in blending asphalt can not effectively ameliorated properties of blending asphalt,and SBS in blending asphalt can not be stable exist which caused serious segregation phenomenon. |
