Based on the composition characteristics of FCC slurry with poor wax and rich aromatics,in order to achieve the combination of FCC slurry and asphalt production,this paper studies the process of modifying and mixing the road asphalt by the the externally produced slurry of catalytic cracking of the Changqing Petrochemical Company.While improving the utilization rate of FCC slurry,different types of road asphalt technology for Changqing oil slurry production were developed.Because the content of saturated and aromatic components in Changqing FCC slurry is as high as 32.78% and 55.35%,it can not be directly blended with deoiled asphalt to prepare highquality road asphalt.Therefore,firstly,the Changqing oil slurry is subjected to strong condensation modification treatment to improve its condensation degree,and then blended with different proportions of deoiled asphalt to prepare high-quality road asphalt.the effects of onecomponent,two-component and three-component modified blending processes on the properties of the samples were investigated at 230°C modification temperature,10 h modification time and 1% modifier A101 addition.The results show that the road asphalt of70# is easy to adjust in the one-component strong condensation modification process when the ratio of modified oil slurry to deoiled asphalt is 6:4;the modified strength of the two-component strong condensation modified blending process is larger,the anti-aging ability of the samples is obviously improved,but the ductility damage of the blended asphalt is more serious;the threecomponent strong condensation modification blending process has the most serious damage to the asphalt ductility,and is suitable for the production of lower grade road asphalt.Three kinds of strong condensation modification blending processes have different degrees of damage to asphalt ductility because of their high modification strength.They are not suitable for the production of 70# A grade road asphalt.In order to prepare qualified high-quality road asphalt,the condensation strength of Changqing slurry was adjusted,and the optimization of weak condensation modification of modification temperature,modification time,modifier A101 addition amount and SBR addition amount was studied.The results show that the high and low temperature properties of the blended asphalt are greatly improved and the anti-aging properties of asphalt is obviously improved when the modification temperature is 200 C,the modification time is 2 ? 3 h,the addition of modifier A101 is 0.5%,and the addition of SBR is 1.5%.For the one-component modification blending process with 2 h modification duration,70# A grade road asphalt meeting the requirement of the index can be prepared when the mass ratio of modified slurry and deoiled asphalt is 57:43 to 55:45;For the one-component modification blending process with 3 h modification duration,when the mass ratio of modified slurry to deoiled asphalt is 58:42,70#A grade road asphalt meeting the requirement of the index can be prepared;For the twocomponent weak condensation modification blending process,when the mass ratio of Changqing FCC slurry,deoiled asphalt,extraction oil,SBR and modifier A101 is35:53:10:1.5:0.5,70# A grade road asphalt which meets the requirement of the index can be prepared.
