Among the three main polymeric components (cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin) present in lignocellulosics, lignin which over lays the two other polymers in various ways, is not only more impervious and non-degradable by enzymes or chemicals but also acts as a barrier to prevent cellulose and hemicellulose degradation. A pretreatment step is essential to facilitate lignin debilitation and removal making cellulose and hemicellulose more susceptible to enzymatic action for further processing. The ethanol yield and productivity are decreased due to the presence of inhibiting compounds, such as weak acids, furan derivatives, and phenolic compounds generated during the pretreatment of the lignocellulose. Nanofiltration able to Separate different molecular weight species through Sieving effect and charge effects. And the separation have a advantages of environmentally-friendly, low power consumption.Experimenting with different experimental conditions (pH values of the liquid feed 3.02?9.93, the transmembrane pressure 3bar?9bar, feed temperature 15? 35?, liquid feed flow rate 3 LPM-9LPM) under nanofiltration DK1812 irradiated Miscanthus water extraction was mainly six kinds of fermentation inhibitors (formic acid, acetic acid, vanillic acid, p-coumaric acid, p-hydroxy benzoic acid and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde) nanofiltration separation test about solution and the solution model, on the basis of different experimental conditions,1 did the nanofiltration membrane separation experiments for 0?1200kGy radiation dose Miscanthus water extract. The main study is Miscanthus nanofiltration irradiated water extract six major fermentation inhibitors of NF Interception Under different experimental conditions. The main results were as follows:1.Six major fermentation inhibitor solution and the solution Nanofiltration model test results show that formic acid, acetic acid molecule rejection greatly influenced by feed solution pH and temperature, vanilla acid molecule overall retention rate in the range of 20% to 30%, p-coumaric acid, p-hydroxy benzoic acid and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde three substances that pH value, less affected by temperature, transmembrane pressure, flow rate, retention rate in the range of 10%,The result indicate nanofiltration of vanilloid rejection rate is higher than the others, the other five inhibitor permeability good.2. Miscanthus irradiated water 0?1200kGy irradiation dose treatment extract different feed solution pH, the transmembrane pressure, feed temperature and feed liquid flow rate test, then under certain conditions to optimize the radiation dose to 0 ?1200kGy Miscanthus irradiated water extract were nanofiltration separation test, the results of analysis. The irradiation Miscanthus water extract inhibitor retention rate compared with the model solution inhibitor rejection rate has increased within a small range. The minimum rejection rate of formic acid, acetic acid molecules by-2.14% and -3.09%, respectively, increased to 5.83% and 5.32%, the minimum retention vanilla acids are increased 21.74% to 22.35%.
