Miscanthus sinensis is widely recognized as quality raw materials biomass fuel ethanol. Pretreatment is one of the key technologies of biomass fuel ethanol production process, which directly affects the production efficiency of biomass fuel ethanol. With the Miscanthus sinensis in Hunan Agricultural University Education and Research Base as material, the paper studied about synergic pretreatment with 60Co ?-irradiation and ammonia water, analyzed the product in the process of saccharification fermentation. The main findings are as follows:1?400 kGy 60Co ?-ray irradiation Miscanthus sinensis as raw material, investigated the mechanized fiber content, insoluble lignin content and the yield of reducing sugars by enzyme treatment in different ammonia concentration, time and solid-to-liquid ratio, then obtained the best optimum conditions. The results showed that the concentration of 10% ammonia at l:5(g:ml) for 36 h, the reducing sugar production was high to 475.412 mg/g.2?With the Miscanthus sinensis after the best pretreatment process as material, first investigated the effects of solid-liquid ratio and reaction time in the enzymatic hydrolysis, then investigated the ethanol content by fermentation treatment of solid-liquid separation in different the initial pH value of fermentation, yeast inoculation quantity and fermentation time. The results showed that in the solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 (g:mL), the enzymatic hydrolysis of 96h, after sterile solid liquid separation, the concentration of 12.50% yeast inoculation quantity at the initial fermentation pH was 5 for 48h, the reducing ethanol production was high to 314.531 mg/g.3?Through the analysis of different pretreatment Miscanthus water extract. find synergies ammonia can effectively improve the efficiency of irradiation Miscanthus hydrolysis.By analyzing the main sugar products and by-products, the mainly sugar products being analysised are Arab sugar, glucose, xylose, galacturonic acid, by-products are formic acid, acetic acid, furfural, p-hydroxy benzoic acid, vanillic acid, clove acid,4-hydroxy benzaldehyde, vanillin, coumaric acid.
