The 13th Five-Year Plan for renewable energy development point out that we should adhere to green development,efforts to improve the ecological environment,and vigorously develop the renewable energy ecosystem with fuel ethanol as the representative.However,the current situation of high consumption and low efficiency has seriously restricted the development of fuel ethanol industry.In this paper,a fuel ethanol factory with annual output of 120000 tons was taken as an example.Through the improvement of production strains,the optimization of production technology and the transformation of equipment,the fermentation quality of fuel ethanol were improved,the comprehensive consumption was reduced,and the production efficiency was improved.The main research results are as follows:In the first part,we improved the production strains of saccharomyces cerevisiae.On this basis,we improved the concentration of the slurry and its flow stability,reduced production fluctuation,improved the fermentation quality.As a result,at the end of the fermentation.wine degrees increased by 1.69%(V/V),the residual reducing sugar decreased 0.16%,and the residual total sugar decreased 0.61%,each index was improved at the end of fermentation.After accounting in 2014,ethanol production combined grain consumption decreased by 40 kg/tons of anhydrous ethanol,and a total cost reduction of 62.61 million yuan in grain consumption.In the second part,we optimized the cultivation mode of saccharomyces cerevisiae,the cooking steam exhaust preheating tower system and the wine washing system.Through the recovery of secondary steam recycling,reduce the amount of primary steam,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.Through calculation,only the cost of the primary steam and the craft wind can be saved by 2.3232 million yuan each year.The increase revenue is expected to reach 2.9156 million yuan each year,and energy saving effect is obvious.In the third part,we established the suitable ethanol fermentation production conditions using high-concentration mash,through the optimization of production process and improvement of production equipment.Our cooperation with Zhejiang University,provided a favorable guarantee for the application of high sugar and high alcohol content tolerance Saccharomyces cerevisiae to produce fuel ethanol using high-concentration mash.Through the implementation of high-concentration mash fermentation,production efficiency was improved and consumption was reduced.Annual economic benefits will be more than 20 million yuan,and the economic benefits are extremely significant.
