Lubrication is a measure to reduce the friction and wear,and the lubrication is generally achieved through the lubricant.Hydrated lubricating for its environmentally friendly media,and high lubrication efficiency has been widely studied in recent years.Liposomes possess high hydration efficiency,and close-packed unilamellar vesicles liposome membrane exhibits excellent lubricating properties.In this paper,a variety of methods were designed to prepare different sizes of liposomes membrane.The effect of the surface microstructure of the liposome membrane to its lubrication properties was investigated.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Glass substrate,integrated methods of thin film dispersion method?ultrasonic dispersion?film extrusion method and centrifugal method,prepared smooth phospholipids membrane,micron-sized liposome membrane structure,micro-nano liposome membrane,nano liposome membrane,and also compared different preparation technology effect on the structure of liposome membrane.A series roughness of glass substrates were prepared by acid etching,to investigate the effect of substrate roughness on the lubrication properties.(2)To compared different structure liposome membrane lubricating properties by friction experiments.The results shows that,compare with dry lubrication,the friction coefficient of the liposome membrane under water is decreased by 15%-67%,indicating under the action of hydration lubrication mechanism liposome more effective lubrication in water;the friction coefficient of the smooth phospholipids membrane,micron liposome membrane and micro-nano structures liposome membrane gradually decline,micro-nano structures liposome membrane has the most efficiency lubrication under water,it is because of liposome vesicles having a strong structure that can withstand high pressure and high shear forces,the smaller size of liposome,the structure will more stable,so that the friction coefficient decreased;compared with the smooth glass substrate,the liposome membrane prepared on glass substrate with different roughness friction coefficient was increased by 38%-50%under the dry friction,and the friction coefficient increased by 16%?24.6%under water lubrication,and the liposome membrane on roughness surface friction whether under dry friction or water lubrication stability even worse,it is obvious the rigidity of the rough substrate structure affects the lubrication efficiency of liposomes.Liposome membrane Wettability study shows that micro-nano liposome membrane performance out of the highest oil contact angles and low oil sliding angle under water,the liposome membrane Wettability results has similar rules with hydration lubrication.
