Study On Suitable Maturity Of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf And Curing Technology On Different Ecological Areas In Wenshan Yunnan

In order to improve the quality of curing tobacco and economic benefits, different harvest maturity experiment in Yunnan wenshan 3 different ecological types Yanshan, Qiubei, Maguan areas were studyed. In Yanshan the test by delaying 7 and 10 days harvest and using different ways of curing test was studied. In Qiubei the test delaying 5 days harvest and using curing method of low temperature moderate humidity, delaying 10 days harvest and using wet curing method of moderate temperature low humidity was stduyed, the main conclusions were as follows:There were differences on climate in Yanshan, Qiubei, Maguan, rainfall in Maguan was higher than that of Yanshan and Qiubei the entire field growth period, especially in July to Sepember in flue-cured tobacco mature stage.The lower flue-cured tobacco leaves should be harvested early, the upper flue-cured tobacco leaves should be harvest fully mature in Yanshan, Qiubei and Maguan. The middle flue-cured tobacco leaves in Maguan should be harvested fully mature, The middle flue-cured tobacco leaves in Yanshan and Qiubei should be harvested appropriately mature. In that case economic characters were higher, chemical composition was more coordinated, the content of neutral aroma substances were higher.The flue-cured tobacco leaves were harvested delayed 7 days and used the new curing process, fresh and dry ratio of the flue-cured tobacco lower and middle leaves should decreased, the curing properties of the flue-cured tobacco leaves should be improved, the gloss of the flue-cured tobacco should be enhanced, the content of oil should increased, shrinking feeling of the flue-cured tobacco was stronger, the proportion of orange flue-cured tobacco was higher, the proportion of green flue-cured tobacco was smaller, the proportion of superior flue-cured tobacco and average price were higher, and the curing time of each furnace the flue-crued tobacco should be shorten, the costs of coal, electricity and labor were saved, the economic benefit was improved, chemical components were more harmonious. In that case, the average price of lower flue-cured tobacco was 16.2 yuan/kg, the average price of middle flue-cured tobacco was 24.5 yuan/kg, the average price of upper flue-cured tobacco was 18.4 yuan/kg, the costs curing were lower.The result of test on different harvesting time and different ways of curing in qiubei showed that the average prise (16.6 yuan/kg) of the lower flue-cured tobacco leaf harvested delayed 5 days with low temperature and middle wet curing was the highest, the costs curing were lower than the CK. The average prise (24.5 yuan/kg) of the middle flue-cured tobacco leaf harvested delayed 5 days with low temperature and middle wet curing was the highest, the costs curing were lowest. The average prise (18.1 yuan/kg) of the upper flue-cured tobacco leaf harvested delayed 10 days with middle temperature and low wet curing was the higher, the cost curing(2.2 yuan/kg) was lowest, the economic benefit was the highest.
