Strip steel plays an important role in industrial production. It is widely used in the production process. It is mainly used in hot rolling, pickling and cold rolling. Because the pickling is very harmful to the environment and people, with the increasing emphasis on environmental protection, it is urgent to study the new technology to replace the pickling, remove the surface of the steel. Because the wet blast process can avoid dust pollution problems of dry blasting, and can solve chemical pollution problem of pickling, which has the value of research and development. However, less relevant information study the wet blasting technology and equipment. Therefore, we need to develop a new wet blasting test equipment.In this paper, through the study on the wet blasting technology, designed and developed a set of wet blasting test strip device, mainly consists of four parts, steel shot blasting system,mobile systems, steel transport system, electric control system etc.. According to the characteristics of wet steel abrasive, mechanical design and hydraulic transmission two grit lifting scheme, and through the experiment, the two methods are analyzed and compared.In the hydraulic transport grit system, injection pump as the core component, the structure parameters of the excellent jet has an important effect on the working efficiency of the pump, so we need to study the related theory of jet pump. This paper studies the theory of jet pump, jet internal structure, using Lorenz mixed loss model, the Bernoulli equation combining the energy conservation equation derived jet pump performance. Through the study of theoretical simulation of liquid-solid two-phase flow numerical CFD, based on the Fluent software, the simulation of jet pump internal flow field is simulated, and the simulation results were analyzed, and obtained the optimal structure parameters of jet pump under certain conditions. The reliability and hydraulic transport through shot test verified the simulation results.The experimental results show that the design of experimental device developed is reasonable and reliable; through blasting test verified the feasibility of the wet blasting equipment, blasting that wet process can effectively remove oxide strip surface, it is possible to replace the pickling process.
