AGC system of rolling mill is an important method to improve strip thickness accuracy,its purpose is to obtain uniformity by using strip longitudinal thickness,thus the production of qualified products,has become an indispensable part of automation system in rolling mill.This paper takes 1250mm cold rolled plate Tonggang steel factory single stand mill rolling of strip thickness control as a case study,the strip thickness control system research.Describes the rolling mill control technology and single stand six high reversible rolling mill run,conducts the research to the strip thickness,working principle,hydraulic AGC system main control mode and the strip thickness control in practical production.In this paper,based on the analysis of the rolling mill hydraulic AGC system and its operating mechanism,with the basic equation,servo valve hydraulic cylinder hydraulic cylinder the continuity equation and force balance equation of load as the basis,determine the mathematical model of hydraulic servo control system.Safeguard way or direct&transtype tran In the auto matic gauge control,using the thickness of feedback,feedforward and flow thickness control three control mode.Automatic gauge control system(Automatic Gauge Control System,referred to as AGC system)is not accurate mathematical model of process factors of uncertainty,and the PID conventional controller tuning and debugging cycle is long,difficult to adapt the model of mathematical process change and other issues,this paper uses a variety of control comprehe implementation,make up the defects of single thickness calculation control system exists.Finally,through the PLC to achieve AGC control,we design control system to complete the entire thickness.
