The design problem,identification problem and control problem which belong to the inverse problems of engineering technology are the important component of mathematical and physics inverse problems.As one of the new research field,the design problems of textile material are getting more and more attentions of researchers in the field of engineering and mathematics.Based on the scientific theories,the optimal controllable parameters in the textile material are selected by the research,and it is beneficial for saving time and manpower,improving the productive efficiency and saving resources.Taking the porous textile materials of three layers as a breakthrough point,and based on the model of direct problems,this paper studies the inverse problems of parameters determination in textile material.The research results of the direct problem and inverse problems can provide theoretical support for the design of three layers' textile material.The main content can be divided into three parts:In the first part,the background and significance of textile material design are reviewed,and the development history and research status of the heat–moisture transfer model in porous textile material are also introduced.In the second part,the heat–moisture transfer model of three layers' porous textile material in the system of body–textile–environment is introduced.The theoretical analysis and the algorithm analysis of the direct problem are taken into account.The numerical simulation verifies the reasonability of the mathematical model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.In the third part,based on the heat–moisture transfer model of three layers' porous textile material,aims at the property of keeping warmth in a low temperature environment,three kinds of inverse problems of parameters determination are put forward.Besides,cyclic coordinate method and genetic algorithm are used to simulate the inverse problems of parameters determination that we proposed.and the result verifies the validity of the method.
